Conditions of Entry

These Conditions of Entry apply to all Illuminate Adelaide events, including ticketed events and free public events.

Illuminate Adelaide reserves the right to refuse admission with reasonable cause. Patrons will not be admitted to any Illuminate Adelaide ticketed performances without a valid ticket, complimentary ticket, or other valid pass authorised by Illuminate Adelaide. Groups are required to hold one valid ticket per patron.

Please arrive on time for your ticketed event - latecomers may not be admitted.

Concession Cards must be produced on request.

Illuminate Adelaide reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the venue any person if it believes their presence is likely to cause a nuisance, disturbance, or threat to other patrons, the venue, or its employees.

Illuminate Adelaide reserves the right to refuse entry to the holder of tickets that have been on-sold without our permission.

The rules for cameras or any other recording devices differ for each ticketed event. Please take note of each event’s Conditions of Entry before bringing any professional camera equipment with you.

Patrons consent to being included in any photography, film, and/or sound recordings within the event or its surrounds, and grant the right to this information being used by Illuminate Adelaide or by third-parties directly associated with the event for future marketing or promotional purposes.

Illuminate Adelaide is an all-weather event and will go ahead rain or shine. You agree to wear adequate clothing and footwear for an all-weather outdoor event, suited to the time of year and the weather conditions on the day. Suitable shoes and protective clothing are recommended especially if the weather has been wet or hot.

You agree to provide correct contact details when purchasing tickets for Illuminate Adelaide. Providing contact details is a Condition of Sale. This also applies to complimentary tickets and staff tickets. If people are unwilling to provide their contact details, they will be refused entry.
