The Ocean To Plate Immersive Series takes guests on a sensory journey from ocean to plate, surrounded by evocative projections and evolving soundscapes that echo the rhythms of the sea.

Hosted and curated by Adelaide Convention Centre, the experience pairs cutting-edge creative technology with a meticulously curated menu of succulent ocean-inspired dishes showcasing the very best of South Australian seafood to honour the producers, fisheries, and coastal communities at the heart of our state’s seafood story.

The Ocean to Plate menu has been thoughtfully curated by Adelaide Convention Centre’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Gavin Robertson, to showcase South Australia’s fisheries, producers, and coastal communities. 

Delivering a true ‘taste of South Australia,’ the menu highlights the Centre's support of local producers and commitment to sustainability, with 97% produce sourced from local, sustainable environments. With premium seafood sourced from the Eyre and York Peninsulas and the South-East, Ocean to Plate highlights South Australia's reputation as our nation's seafood capital - celebrating the ocean's vital role in shaping our state's incredible culinary flavours and identity.
