How do I book?

You can purchase tickets for most Illuminate Adelaide events through Illuminate Adelaide itself which uses the Tessitura system. Some events are ticketed through other organisations and/or ticketing systems. Please check each event page to see which ticketing provider you need to purchase your ticket from.


The best way to grab your tickets is online. Simply click the BOOK button on each event to be directed to its official and authorised ticket seller.

In person

Illuminate Adelaide will have box offices set up at select events during event opening hours. We will provide more information on box office hours closer to the event.

Illuminate Adelaide is a cashless event.

VISA, Mastercard, and debit cards are accepted.

American Express and Diners Card are not accepted.


Email Tickets

To reduce our environmental footprint, all tickets will be emailed and can be scanned by venue staff from your phone. If you prefer to print out your tickets at home, make sure you place them in the correct recycling bin afterwards.


What do I do if I have lost my ticket?

We can resend your ticket if you have lost your confirmation email. Get in touch with the Illuminate Adelaide ticketing team or the ticket provider listed on the event page who will be happy to help.


Ticket Types

Free tickets for children
All children require a ticket for entry to ticketed events. Free entry with a $0 ticket is available to children aged 4 years and under for Fire Gardens.

Group price tickets
To purchase tickets at the Group price, at least four tickets must be purchased in the same transaction. To add more than the minimum four tickets to the cart click the + button. Tickets are available at a Group price for Fire Gardens. Each person must show a ticket for entry.

Companion Card
Illuminate Adelaide
honours the Companion Card scheme and card holders are entitled to a second ticket to all Illuminate Adelaide events for their companion at no cost. For Fire Gardens, present your valid companion card at the venue box office at the time of attendance to redeem your companion ticket – there is no need to prebook.

Companion Card tickets are not required for free events.

Fees and Charges

Advertised ticket prices are in $AUD and include GST where applicable. Advertised ticket prices are exclusive of a non-refundable transaction fee. The transaction fee is calculated at 2% of the entire dollar value of each order. This is the only transaction fee "outside" or " in addition" to the transaction.

Illuminate Adelaide reserves the right to fluctuate ticket prices in accordance with demand and without notice. Any changes are made following the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

Unauthorised ticket sellers

Be safe and only purchase tickets through our trusted ticketing agencies. Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers such as eBay, Viagogo, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms may be fraudulent and will not guarantee entry to our events.
